Wine and Cheese Tasting at Doe Bay Wine Co.

Once a month, Doe Bay Wine Company hosts a wine and cheese tasting the staff genuinely loves putting together. November takes you to Italy. The Doe Bay crew will be pouring a white from the slopes of Mount Etna, a Sicilian red, and a crisp, dry sparkling rosé from near Trieste. The cheese board goes from soft to firm: a creamy French cheese made with apple brandy, a cheese from Colombia, an aged Wisconsin cheese with deep nutty flavor, and a soft cheese from northern Italy.
